| SHADE STRUCTURE | We use standard SCH 40 MS /GIPipe for the Post, Cantilever, Arch, Purlin & Rafter pipe. Structure is welded and painted in our factory, welding Joints will be minimum 6mm thick. |
| FOUNDATION | The loading on foundations is greatly influenced by the material chosen, nature of the land, design selected & deflection. We do RCC Foundation with footing spec based on the combined dead, imposed and wind load calculation. (foundation not included in the scope of work – based on Customer request ) |
| FASTNERS | We use SS or Galvanized Grade 8.8 Nuts, Bolts & Washers. Flanges , End caps&Base plates will be MS painted |
| FABRIC | Most commonly used fabric for Car parking shades are PVC Fabric (850/900gsm) or Heavy duty knitted shade fabric -HDPE (Other options include : PTFE, K- SPAN , GRP fiberglass ,GI Profile Sheet or Aluminum Profile sheet) |
| FINISHING | All Steel Surfaces will be painted with Epoxy Primer& Epoxy Top Coat Paint (thickness ≈ 200microns) |

FABRIC DETAILS
HDPE is an excellent weather resistant material, the only woven material that can be used in outdoors for 5-10 years. Its ventilated, breathable fabric and more importantly trouble free as even rain can help you clean-up the fabric.
